Actions speak louder than words. You have heard me say that so many times. You tell me what you are going to do, or how you are going to change, and I always ask how bad. Your usual response is "really bad" to which I have a two word answer, "prove it". Quit talking and start doing. I also constantly tell you to do the best you can every day and no one will fault you. And, that the only way to fail is not to try. Well, I kept putting off posting my website back online. I had to delete so much that pages were not complete, some were just plain blank. I have so much information for students and parents to share about the mess we are in now, and the things I always share has lots of new stuff since the website was last up. There were dozens of excuses I was coming up with. Finally, after taking a step back, taking time to breathe and to think, I realized that by not putting the website up now, I was failing. Partial credit is always better than no credit. And what am I demonstrating? Ouch! So here it is, unfinished, not perfect, but full of information and caring. I am now walking my talk and it feels a whole lot better. It was time for me to prove it. If you want to know more about how to walk your talk just click the picture at the beginning of this post. And remember to take a step back, and breathe so you can find your path to success and walk your talk. Just LET GO.
